Launchpad
Launchpad is InnovatED’s virtual pre-incubation program designed
for early-stage Teach For India Alumni and Y2 Fellows with innovative ideas in education.
It supports participants to move from idea to proof-of-concept by refining assumptions, building prototypes, and testing viability. Structured in two phases, the program first helps entrepreneurs gain clarity and conviction in their problem-solution fit, followed by technical and mentorship support for select participants to pilot their solutions and become incubation-ready.
For Alumni building education ventures with bold ideas and a strong sense of purpose
Launchpad 2025 received 50 unique applications from across 12 Teach For India cohorts. Of these, 38% had an existing project or organization, 34% were at the early prototype stage, and 28% were just starting out. 44 projects were selected, with 30 continuing through Phase 1 after drop-outs. Based on progress and potential, 15 participants advanced to Phase 2 for deeper incubation support.
